To pay for and keep or reschedule or cancel as per instructions and guidelines as stated on the website.

To be on time - If you are late or need to be otherwise distracted during your session time. That time can not be extended. Examples; If you are 10 minutes late, your hour session will be 50 minutes. If you are 15 minutes late your session will be 45 and so on. As with mini sessions and 30 minute sessions etc. There will be no refunds for late or missed time.

As Tarot By Tracey is bound to a strict schedule with other paying clients/patrons. Who are entitled to their scheduled times. If you are dissatisfied with your session for any reason and feel you did not receive the service you expected.

Please know that you are not and will not ever be charged for spiritual interpretation of tarot cards by Tarot By Tracey. You are charged for time. If you spent your session time with Tarot By Tracey you have received your paid for services in full. You will not be entitled to a refund.
